This magazine cover showcases the unique and extraordinary career of Ruth Carter, award winning costume designer for stage and screen. Three digital assets were made, her portrait, a sewing machine and a replication of fabric used in one of her costumes. These were collaged together to create a cover for The Costume Designer magazine. As an extension, the digital portrait was colorized.
